Annual General Meeting
The “Annual
General Meeting” will be held on Sunday February 15th
2026 @ 10.30 – 14.30
The current council have to announce
that due to the new “Bird Gathering” requirements by DEFRA/APHA
which the Society cannot fulfil. This means that the service the
Club did provide for those who attended meetings of exchanging birds
cannot take place in the meeting hall. We have to ask that any
attendee makes alternative arrangements. This we are sorry to put in
place and hope the situation can be resolved as quickly as possible,
we will update you as soon as the situation changes.
As the rules of the Society states
any suggestions or subjects that “Fully paid up members” would like
to be included in the AGM’s agenda, should be brought to the
attention of the Society’s Secretary Keith Goldsack before the end
of January 2026, his contact details can be found in the Society’s
magazine or on the Clubs Web-site

All Members are invited to come
along and share any views or ideas they may have, better still put
yourself forward and join the team.

SUNDAY 9th August :- Members Show. 09.30 – 15.30. Also
Members Birds Sales.
Council Meeting after Lunch.
SUNDAY 15th November :- Council Meeting. 10.30 – 14.30.
