Forms will need to be completed in advance and the bird numbers on the application form will need to be sent to Dave Harris austfinchsoc@googlemail.com so that he can advise The Parrot Society of the numbers attending. The form will then be checked on arrival at the booking in station at the Sandilands Hall. The selling form will also need filling in and bringing with the birds to our stand.

In order to conform to the current DEFRA/APHA regulations the Australian Finch Society reserves the right to refuse entry to any bird/birds attending a Society event, be it for exhibition, sale or exchange, if they are showing any signs of sickness or poor welfare. In the incidence of this decision being taken any other birds belonging to the owner will also be refused entrance.
